HOW TO INQUIRIE

1.) fill out the provided google form HERE. — if you’re unable to fill out the form, just go ahead and message me, and i’ll send you a text based form.
2.) wait for me to contact you, or contact me first: you can find me on discord / twitter (panna.dulce) or tumblr (panna-dulce)
3.) we’ll review your commission idea, and discuss the finalized payment. we will keep in touch throughout the process, as i’ll send progress pictures.
4.) for payment, there are two ways: though ko-fi commissions or through my other payment methods (paypal, venmo, and cashapp)

terms and conditions

GENERAL

• all artwork will be digital. no shipping is required.
• commissioned artwork is for personal use only. the artwork cannot be sold / manufactured without my authorized permission.
• credit is appreciated! please don’t try and claim it as your own.
• i withhold the right to decline a commission for whatever reason.
• commission artwork will generally take around 1-2 weeks to complete. i will update you throughout the process in case anything happens.
• if the artwork is needed within a deadline, please discuss this with me beforehand.

PAYMENT

• payment will be paid after discussion and approval of commission idea.
• payment are generally paid in full upfront (generally the deal for ko-fi) but half payment plan can be discussed: half upfront and the remaining after the sketch is approved.
• prices may vary slightly depending on complexity, characters, and other factors.
• after the sketch is approved, refunds are generally not accepted. if an emergency, we can discuss.
